- 1 Roasted “Pork” Tonkotsu immi cup ramen
- 1 shiitake mushroom, thinly sliced
- 4 slices of char siu pork
- Pinch of crispy shallots
- Pinch of green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Open the immi cup ramen and add the spice packet and shiitake mushrooms.
- Boil water and add to the fill line inside the cup. Give the ramen a good stir to make sure the mushrooms are fully submerged and spice mix is well combined.
- Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Once done, top with char siu pork, crispy shallots and green onion, and enjoy!
