- 2 eggs
- ½ immi Black Garlic “Chicken” seasoning pack powder
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 immi ramen in Black Garlic “Chicken”
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mayo
- 1 tsp furikake
- Fresh herbs, for garnish
Instructions
- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and mix them with the Black Garlic “Chicken” seasoning pack powder until well combined.
- Boil the immi ramen according to the package instructions. Strain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the cooked immi noodles.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook it together on medium heat.
- Once it’s golden brown, flip the to cook the other side.
- Drizzle the ketchup and mayo over the scrambled eggs and noodles.
- Sprinkle furikake over the dish for added flavor and texture.
- Garnish with fresh herbs for a burst of freshness and color.
