- 2 cups of water
- 1 immi packet of Tom Yum “Shrimp” ramen
- 1 burger patty
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp kimchi
- ½ avocado
- 3 slices of cucumber
- 1 shiso leaf
- 1 tbsp green onion
- 1 tsp furikake
- 1 sliced of tomato
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Add immi noodles to the boiling water and cook for 9 minutes.
- To form noodle buns, use mason jar lids. Heat cooking oil in a pan, place the noodle-filled mason jar lids, and fry until both sides are crispy. Set aside.
- Throw your hand-formed burger patties onto the grill.
- Place the immi noodle buns on a plate. Add the grilled burger patty on top of the noodle bun.
- Add mayonnaise, ketchup, and veggies of your choice like avocado, cucumber, kimchi, shiso leaf, green onion and furikke.
- Drizzle some sesame oil over the top.
