- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced garlic, and cook until the garlic begins to brown.
- Lower the heat, then crack in the egg. Baste the egg in the hot garlic oil, until the whites get puffy.
- Top your immi ramen with your puffy garlic egg, chili oil, and sliced green onions.
