Ingredients

  • 1 immi ramen packet
  • ¼ red bell pepper, julienned
  • ½ carrot, thinly sliced using a vegetable peeler
  • 3 tbsp frozen corn kernels, warmed up
  • 3 tbsp frozen edamame pods, warmed up
  • ¼ cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 2.5 tbsp sesame ginger salad dressing
  • Green onions, thinly sliced


Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  2. Prep all of the vegetables and set aside.
  3. Add cooked ramen noodles to a bowl. Then, arrange each vegetable into parallel lines on top of the ramen to resemble a rainbow, in the following order: red bell pepper, carrot, corn, edamame and cabbage.
  4. Top with the dressing and green onions. Mix together and enjoy!
