- 1 immi ramen packet
- ¼ red bell pepper, julienned
- ½ carrot, thinly sliced using a vegetable peeler
- 3 tbsp frozen corn kernels, warmed up
- 3 tbsp frozen edamame pods, warmed up
- ¼ cup red cabbage, shredded
- 2.5 tbsp sesame ginger salad dressing
- Green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
- Prep all of the vegetables and set aside.
- Add cooked ramen noodles to a bowl. Then, arrange each vegetable into parallel lines on top of the ramen to resemble a rainbow, in the following order: red bell pepper, carrot, corn, edamame and cabbage.
- Top with the dressing and green onions. Mix together and enjoy!
