- 1 immi packet in Tom Yum “Shrimp” ramen
- ⅓ cup popcorn kernels
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp melted butter
- MSG or salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, crush 1 packet of immi ramen. Pour the Tom Yum “Shrimp” seasoning packet over the crushed noodles and shake well to coat.
- In a pot, heat the oil on medium heat. Add 3 to 4 popcorn kernels to the oil.
- When the test kernels pop, add the rest of the ⅓cup of popcorn kernels in an even layer.
- Cover the pot, remove it from heat, and count to 30 seconds. This helps the kernels heat evenly.
- Return the pot to the heat. The popcorn should start popping soon.
- Gently shake the pot by moving it back and forth over the heat until the popping slows down.
- Transfer the popped popcorn to another bowl. Add the crushed immi noodles to the popcorn.
- Drizzle melted butter over the popcorn and crushed noodles. Add MSG or salt to taste.
- Toss the popcorn and crushed immi noodles until well combined. Serve and enjoy your unique Tom Yum Shrimp Popcorn creation!
