Pho Noodle Soup

  • 1 pickled onion
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp of salt & pepper
  • 1 green onion stalk
  • 1 pickled onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 2 pieces of star anise
  • 1.5 cup water
  • ½ white onion
  • 1 packet of immi in Spicy “Beef” Ramen
  • 1 oz. Thai basil
  • 1 oz. bean sprouts
  • 2 tsp sriracha


  1. Slice and prepare one easy pickled onion for toppings. Add salt and pepper. Set aside. 
  2. Take a green onion stem, onion, ginger, and star anise into a bowl. 
  3. Torch the vegetable for a few seconds. Feel free to skip this step if you don’t have one. 
  4. Boil 1.5 cups of water and add the vegetables.
  5. Pour the immi Spicy “Beef” seasoning pack. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. 
  6. Transfer the soup into another bowl and add basil, bean sprouts, and cooked immi noodles. 
  7. Add the sliced pickled onion and drizzle sriracha sauce to finish it off.
