- 1 pickled onion
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp of salt & pepper
- 1 green onion stalk
- 1 pickled onion, thinly sliced
- 1 slice of ginger
- 2 pieces of star anise
- 1.5 cup water
- ½ white onion
- 1 packet of immi in Spicy “Beef” Ramen
- 1 oz. Thai basil
- 1 oz. bean sprouts
- 2 tsp sriracha
Instructions
- Slice and prepare one easy pickled onion for toppings. Add salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Take a green onion stem, onion, ginger, and star anise into a bowl.
- Torch the vegetable for a few seconds. Feel free to skip this step if you don’t have one.
- Boil 1.5 cups of water and add the vegetables.
- Pour the immi Spicy “Beef” seasoning pack. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the soup into another bowl and add basil, bean sprouts, and cooked immi noodles.
- Add the sliced pickled onion and drizzle sriracha sauce to finish it off.
