- 1 packet of immi noodles
- 1.4 cup of sliced onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 carrot julienned
- 2–3 shiitake mushrooms
- ¼ cup of sugar peas
- 1/2 cup of cabbage
- ¾ cup of Black Garlic “Chicken” broth
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cooked and immi noodles, drain and set aside.
- Prepare the vegetables and chop the sugar snap peas, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, and onion.
- Put the chopped vegetables into a pan.
- Put ¾ cup of water in a bowl, dissolve the Black Garlic “Chicken” broth seasoning, and pour into the pan with the vegetables.
- Place the cooked immi noodles into the pan, and add oyster sauce and some soy sauce.
- Sprinkle a dash of black pepper.
- Toss the pan to mix all the ingredients.
