Ingredients

  • 1 immi  Spicy “Beef” ramen
  • 1 Korean pear
  • 2 cups of frozen immi broth Spicy “Beef”
  • cucumber, julienned
  • ½ boiled egg
  • ½ tbsp hot mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook immi noodles, drain and put in a bowl of ice.
  2. Slice Korean pear, radish, and cucumber.
  3. Prepare the frozen immi broth in Spicy “Beef” and let it thaw on the side.
  4. In a bowl, put the cold imm noodles and add the pears, radish, cucumber, and ½ boiled egg.
  5. Pour the immi broth and add ½ tablespoon of hot mustard.
  6. Put in 1 tablespoon of vinegar and savour an icy noodle soup.
