- 1 immi Spicy “Beef” ramen
- 1 Korean pear
- 2 cups of frozen immi broth Spicy “Beef”
- cucumber, julienned
- ½ boiled egg
- ½ tbsp hot mustard
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
- Cook immi noodles, drain and put in a bowl of ice.
- Slice Korean pear, radish, and cucumber.
- Prepare the frozen immi broth in Spicy “Beef” and let it thaw on the side.
- In a bowl, put the cold imm noodles and add the pears, radish, cucumber, and ½ boiled egg.
- Pour the immi broth and add ½ tablespoon of hot mustard.
- Put in 1 tablespoon of vinegar and savour an icy noodle soup.
