- 2 cups shiitake mushrooms
- ½ cup bread flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ¾ cup water
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 4 tbsp mayo

- 1 immi Spicy “Beef” seasoning

Instructions
- Chopped shiitake mushrooms and cucumbers.
- In a bowl, combine ½ cup of bread flour and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
- Pour ¾ cup of water and whisk until there’s no lump. Add the chopped mushrooms.
- Next, create a sauce by combining 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce and 4 tablespoons of mayo.
- Fry the coated mushrooms in a pan for 2 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the fried mushrooms to a plate and sprinkle with 1 immi Spicy “Beef” seasoning.
- Fill in the buns, spread the sauce, and add the fried mushrooms, cucumber, and green onion.
