- 1 immi Spicy “Beef” packet
- ⅛ lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 2 king trumpet mushrooms, halved and crosshatched
- ¼ cup frozen corn
- Toppings: bread and butter pickles, BBQ sauce, green onions
Instructions
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan and sear mushrooms, cut side down. Leave undisturbed for a few minutes until golden brown. Set aside and season with salt and pepper.
- In the same pan, add corn kernels and cook until warmed through, seasoning with salt and pepper. Continue stirring until the corn has color all over. Set aside.
- Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Transfer 1 cup of the ramen water to a bowl and add the spice packet. Mix thoroughly until fully dissolved.
- To the broth, add the ramen noodles, roast beef, mushrooms, corn, pickles, green onion and BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
