- 3 cucumbers
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- ½ tbsp date syrup
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Grab 3 cucumbers and remove the skin.
- Chop the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mason jar, put the chopped cucumbers.
- Pour in 2 tablespoons of tamari, 1 teaspoon of mirin, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
- Next, add 1 teaspoon of rice wine vinegar and drizzle with ½ tablespoon of date syrup.
- Sprinkle in 2 teaspoons of chilli flakes.
- Mince two cloves of garlic and add them to the mason jar.
- Close the jar and shake to mix the ingredients together.
- Let it chill in the fridge for one hour and enjoy!
