Ingredients

- ½ lb ground pork
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- Juice of half lime
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 Roasted “Pork” Tonkotsu
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pot over medium-high heat.
- Add in the ground pork and cook until browned.
- Next, add in soy sauce, lime juice, green onion, stir for 2 minutes then transfer half of the mixture into a small bowl (this will be the topping).
- Pour 1 ½ cups of water into the pot, then let the water come to a boil.
- Add immi’s Roasted “Pork” Tonkotsu ramen into the boiling water and cook for 6 minutes.
- Pour the cooked ramen into a bowl and top with remaining ground pork you set aside!
