Ingredients
Scale
- 4 stalks of kale
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 oz. enoki mushrooms
- 1 cooked immi ramen
Instructions
- Grab 4 stalks of kale and chop them into pieces.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of salt.
- Give it a mix to make sure that each kale is coated with salt and olive oil.
- Pop them into the oven for 6 minutes at 350F.
- Add the crispy kale as a topping to the cooked immi ramen along with enoki mushrooms.
