Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 stalks of kale
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 oz. enoki mushrooms
  • 1 cooked immi ramen

Instructions

  1. Grab 4 stalks of kale and chop them into pieces.
  2. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of salt.
  4. Give it a mix to make sure that each kale is coated with salt and olive oil.
  5. Pop them into the oven for 6 minutes at 350F.
  6. Add the crispy kale as a topping to the cooked immi ramen along with enoki mushrooms.
