- ½ onion
- ¼ carrot
- 1 ginger
- ½ cup of cabbage
- ¼ shiitake mushroom
- 1 tofu
- 1 packet of immi
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp yakisoba sauce
Instructions
- Chop onions, carrots, ginger, cabbage, and shiitake mushrooms.
- Put the chopped vegetables in a pan with tofu and fry them for a few seconds.
- Cook immi noodles, drain, and add them to the pan.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of oil and stir the noodles to mix with the vegetables.
- Add 2 tablespoons of yakisoba sauce and mix it all together.
- Plate your yakisoba noodles to serve.
