- ΒΌ package of immi noodles
- 2 cloves garlic

- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
- Crush the immi noodles into smaller pieces and boil them in water for 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and the boiled immi noodle bits. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice, ensuring an even mix with the noodle bits.
- Crack the egg into the pan and mix it thoroughly with the rice and noodles.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the mixture and sprinkle with the immi packet seasoning. Continue tossing the ingredients until well combined.
- Top the fried rice with chopped green onions for added freshness.
- Use a kitchen torch to give the dish a wok-flavoured finish, enhancing the overall taste.
