- 2 tbsp room temperature unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 egg
- 1 immi ramen
Instructions
- In a small pan, melt the butter then mix in gochujang.
- Over medium-low heat, melt the gochujang butter until the butter begins to brown and smells slightly nutty.
- Lower the heat, then crack an egg into the gochujang butter.
- Top your Immi ramen with your gochujang butter fried egg. Optionally, add sesame seeds and furikake. Enjoy!
