Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 8 tbsp agave
- ½ carrot
- 1 knob ginger
- 2 oz. rye whiskey
- ½ oz. ginger syrup
- 3 dash Peychaud bitters
- 3 dash Angostura bitters
- 2 spray absinthe
- 1 lemon peel
Instructions
- Create a syrup and mix 2 cups of water and 1 knob of ginger.
- Add ½ chopped carrot and 8 tablespoons of agave to the pot. Turn on the heat.
- In a glass, pour 2 oz. rye whiskey, 3 dash Peychaud and Angostura bitters.
- Add ice, and pour ½ oz. ginger syrup. Stir the drink.
- Spray 2 absinthe and put 1 lemon peel to the whiskey.
