Garlic Chilli Edamame

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. In bowl mix, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of mirin and agave.
  2. Next, add 1 tablespoon of chili paste to the mixture and whisk it all up.
  3. Mince 2 cloves of garlic.
  4. Blanch 1 cup of edamame in hot water for two minutes.
  5. In a heated pan, add the minced garlic, sauce, and edamame.
  6. Saute and transfer to a plate once it’s done.
