Ingredients

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp agave
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 1 cup edamame
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
- In bowl mix, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of mirin and agave.
- Next, add 1 tablespoon of chili paste to the mixture and whisk it all up.
- Mince 2 cloves of garlic.
- Blanch 1 cup of edamame in hot water for two minutes.
- In a heated pan, add the minced garlic, sauce, and edamame.
- Saute and transfer to a plate once it’s done.
