- 1 immi ramen noodles
- 4 cups Chex cereal
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ cup furikake
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 F, and grease a 9×13 baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, crush the immi ramen noodles into bite-size pieces, then mix in the Chex.
- Over medium-low heat, stir the butter, sugar, soy sauce, corn syrup, and oil in a pot until the sugar is dissolved.
- Toss the ramen and Chex in the soy sauce mixture until everything is evenly coated.
- Pour the coated ramen and Chex onto the greased baking sheet, sprinkle furikake and bake for 30-45 minutes (making sure to toss the mixture every 15 minutes).
