- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp togarashi pepper
- 2 tofu
- 1 chives
- 85 grams bean sprouts
- 1 immi noodle of your choice
- Green leafy vegetables to garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil on low heat in a pan, add finely chopped garlic.
- Sprinkle a touch of salt and togarashi pepper for heat.
- Remove any excess oil from the fried garlic by placing it on a paper towel. Allow it to cool.
- Saute bean sprouts and chopped chives.
- Fry tofu until golden brown, then cook your choice of immi noodles.
- Place the sautéed bean sprouts, fried tofu, chopped chives, garnish, and fried garlic over your favorite flavor of immi noodles.
