Egg Drop Soup Ramen

Ingredients

  • ½ cup napa cabbage
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup green onions
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 1 packet of immi in Spicy “Beef” flavor
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 whisked egg

Instructions

  1. Fry up ½ cup of napa cabbage, 1 clove of garlic, and ¼ cup of green onion.
  2. Add 1.5 cups cup of water and 1 seasoning pack of immi Spicy “Beef” flavor.
  3. Create a slurry by mixing 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 4 tablespoons of water.
  4. Add the slurry to the pot and stir the broth while adding 1 whisked egg.
  5. Pour over the cooked immi ramen to serve.
