Ingredients

4 slices pork belly

¼ yellow onion, sliced

½ curry cube

1 immi Roasted “Pork” Tonkotsu ramen

1 ½ cups water

Handful of carrot slices

Handful of halved baby potatoes

Optional: Soft-boiled egg and green onions
Instructions

In a large pot over medium heat, saute the pork belly and onions until the meat is browned.

Into the same pot, add in the curry cube and immi spice packet. Mix well, then add in your water, carrots, potatoes.

Let the curry broth cook for 5 mins. Then add in your noodles, and cook for an additional 8-10 mins.

Top with a soft-boiled egg and green onions. Enjoy!
