- 1 medium green onions
- ½ soft boiled egg
- 2 pieces of baby bok choy
- 1 cooked immi ramen
Instructions
- Slice the green onions horizontally into thin pieces.
- Place the chopped green onions in a bowl filled with ice water, stir, and allow them to chill for 30 minutes.
- Cook the immi ramen as instructed on the packaging. Simultaneously, boil an egg on the side.
- After 30 minutes, take out the chilled green onions from the ice water. They should appear curled or permed.
- Place the chilled, permed green onions in a ramen bowl. Add toppings such as baby bok choy and a soft-boiled egg.
