Ingredients

  • ½ onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 cup oatly milk
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 cooked immi noodles

Instructions

  1. Chopped ½ onions and 2 cloves of garlic.
  2. In a pan, drizzle 2 tablespoons of garlic and add onions and garlic.
  3. Put 2 tablespoons of gochujang together and stir it all.
  4. Add cream by pouring 2 cups of oatly milk into the pan.
  5. Put 4 tablespoons of nutritional yeast. Mix and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked I’m noodles to the gochujang creamy mixture.
