- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 Creamy “Chicken” immi
- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup rice cakes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup mozzarella
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic, onions, and immi Creamy “Chicken” spice packet. Mix and cook until onions are translucent.
- Lower the heat, then pour water and milk into the skillet, followed by the immi ramen noodles. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Once the noodles are softened, add rice cakes, black pepper and mozzarella. Cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Top with parsley and more black pepper. Enjoy!
