- 1 cup canned corn
- 2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Creamy “Chicken” immi
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Cook immi noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water, but make sure to reserve ¼ cup of liquid.
- Mix the cooked noodles with the remaining ¼ cup of water and the Creamy “Chicken” seasoning packet in an oven-safe dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the corn, Japanese mayonnaise, and sugar together. Then, top the noodles with the corn mixture.
- Optionally, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the dish and broil for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and browned. Garnish with thyme and enjoy!
