Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 slices ginger
  • 2 tbsp agave
  • 6 frozen glutinous rice balls

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of water into a pot.
  2. Add in 1 carrot, 4 slices of ginger, and 4 tablespoons of agave.
  3. Let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. In the pot, get water boiling, and drop the frozen glutinous rice balls for 3 minutes
  5. Put the balls in a bowl and pour in the broth.
