- 1 can soy sauce bamboo shoots
- 3 tbsp tamari
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cooked immi ramen
- 1 cup of broth
- 1 boiled egg
- green onions
- mushrooms
Instructions
- Open one can of soy sauce bamboo shoots.
- Put the bamboo shoots in a small bowl.
- Pour 3 tablespoons of tamari.
- Add 1 tablespoon of mirin and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Plate your cooked immi ramen and add broth.
- Put mushrooms, leafy vegetables and boiled eggs on the side.
- Next, add the bamboo shoots and green onions.
