Yakisoba with Bachan’s Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 immi ramen packet
  • 4 oz salmon
  • Bachan’s Original Japanese BBQ Sauce
  • ¼ yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup green cabbage, sliced
  • 2 inch piece of carrot, julienned
  • 3 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • Green onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  3. Place salmon on a sheet pan and drizzle Bachan’s all over the filet. Use a brush to evenly coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, then bake for 13 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add vegetable oil and sauté onion, cabbage, carrots and mushrooms until softened, about 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Then, add ramen noodles to the pan and drizzle about 1 tbsp Bachan’s. Mix well and cook for another couple of minutes.
  6. Plate the yakisoba and top with the salmon and green onions. Enjoy!
