- ½ cup of watermelon
- 2 oz. soju
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 4 leaves thai basil
- ice
Instructions
- Prepare ½ cup of watermelon.
- In a shaker, pour 2 oz. soju, 1 oz. lemon juice, 1 oz. simple syrup and add the watermelon.
- Muddle the mixture together.
- Add 4 leaves of thai basil and ice.
- Give it a shake.
- Pour over the strainer on a drink glass.
