Ingredients

1 packet Tom Yum “Shrimp” immi

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp Kewpie mayo

1 egg yolk

1.5 cups water

1 tbsp scallions, thinly sliced

Chili crunch, to taste
Instructions

In a serving bowl, add minced garlic, kewpie mayo, raw egg yolk and the spice packet. Whisk until well combined.

In a small pot over high heat, add the suggested amount of water and bring to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to instructions.

When the noodles are done cooking, add the noodles and ramen water to the serving bowl, and stir immediately and vigorously with chopsticks so the egg doesn’t cook.

Garnish with chili oil and scallions. Enjoy!
