Ingredients

½ cup glutinous rice

1 cup water

¾ cup coconut milk

Pinch of salt

2-3 tbsp sugar

1 tsp ube extract

(Optional) Evaporated milk and shredded coconut
Instructions

Add your pre-rinsed rice into a large pot, along with water, coconut milk, salt, and sugar.

Stir over medium heat, until the mixture comes to a boil.

Lower the heat, cover the pot, and let the mixture simmer making sure to stir occasionally until it thickens.

Add more or less water until you’ve reached your desired consistency, then pour into a bowl.

Top with evaporated milk and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
