- 1 Black Garlic “Chicken” immi
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 green onion
- Optional: Pork belly slices, soft-boiled egg, more green onion
Instructions
- . In a pot over medium heat, add all of the ingredients except your cooked immi noodles.
- Cook the concentrated broth until it starts to boil, then take it off the heat and pour into a bowl.
- Serve alongside your cooked immi noodles that have been topped with sliced pork belly, a soft-boiled egg, and more green onion.
- Dip the noodles into your broth and enjoy!
