Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tomato, halved
  • 3 tbsp water
  • ½ tbsp fish sauce
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 packet of immi ramen in Tom Yum “Shrimp”
  • Optional: Sesame oil and sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place the tomato cut side down onto a pan over high heat.
  2. Once the tomatoes have charred on both sides, lower the heat, then add water, fish sauce, and soy sauce.
  3. Let the tomatoes simmer in the sauce until there’s no liquid left.
  4. Top your immi ramen with your tomatoes, a drizzle of sesame oil and sprinkle of sesame seeds.
