- 1 tomato, halved
- 3 tbsp water
- ½ tbsp fish sauce
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 packet of immi ramen in Tom Yum “Shrimp”
- Optional: Sesame oil and sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place the tomato cut side down onto a pan over high heat.
- Once the tomatoes have charred on both sides, lower the heat, then add water, fish sauce, and soy sauce.
- Let the tomatoes simmer in the sauce until there’s no liquid left.
- Top your immi ramen with your tomatoes, a drizzle of sesame oil and sprinkle of sesame seeds.
