- 1 Tom Yum “Shrimp” immi
- 2 tbsp yellow onion, diced
- 2 crimini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 4 shrimp
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- Splash of fish sauce
- Cilantro
- Lime
Instructions

Boil your immi ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain, then set aside.

In a medium pan, sauté the onions with olive oil over medium heat until translucent. Add crimini mushrooms and sauté for 2 more minutes, until they get some color.

Then, add your shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes on one side, leaving them undisturbed. Flip them over and add a splash of fish sauce. Sauté for 2 minutes.

Remove the shrimp and add 1/2 cup of marinara sauce. Stir to combine and let cook for 2 minutes.

Then, add your spice packet, stir to combine and let cook for another 2 minutes.

Add your shrimp and ramen noodles back in and let cook together for 2-4 minutes, until everything is fully incorporated.

To plate, garnish with cilantro, cherry tomatoes and a squeeze of lime. Enjoy!
