- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tom Yum “Shrimp” immi
- 1 cup mixed seafood
- ½ onion, sliced
- ¼ cup shimeji mushrooms
- ¼ cup halved cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over a medium-high flame.
- Pour the Tom Yum “Shrimp” immi spice packet into the hot oil, followed by the seafood and onions. Stir until the onions become translucent and the seafood is cooked.
- Toss in the mushrooms, tomatoes, cilantro, cooked immi ramen noodles, and lime juice. Stir until well combined.
- Top with more cilantro and lime juice!
