Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 grilled corn
  • 1 tsp green onion oil
  • 1 portobello mushroom
  • soy sauce & sesame oil
  • 1 packet of immi in Spicy Red Miso
  • bok choy, for toppings
  • bean sprouts, for toppings
  • ½ boiled egg

Instructions

  1. Grilled corn and drizzle 1 tbsp of green onion chilli over it.
  2. Grill the portobello mushrooms and brush it with some soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. In the boiling water, add the spicy red miso seasoning.
  4. Cut up the grilled corn and slice thick pieces of the mushrooms. Add it to the cooked immi noodles.
  5. For greens, add bok choy to the side, bean sprouts and ½ boiled egg.
  6. Pour in the spicy red miso broth and enjoy!
