- 1 grilled corn
- 1 tsp green onion oil
- 1 portobello mushroom
- soy sauce & sesame oil
- 1 packet of immi in Spicy Red Miso
- bok choy, for toppings
- bean sprouts, for toppings
- ½ boiled egg
Instructions
- Grilled corn and drizzle 1 tbsp of green onion chilli over it.
- Grill the portobello mushrooms and brush it with some soy sauce and sesame oil.
- In the boiling water, add the spicy red miso seasoning.
- Cut up the grilled corn and slice thick pieces of the mushrooms. Add it to the cooked immi noodles.
- For greens, add bok choy to the side, bean sprouts and ½ boiled egg.
- Pour in the spicy red miso broth and enjoy!
