- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
Instructions
- Smash and slice 3 cucumbers, then place them into a mixing bowl.
- Add vinegar, mirin, chili crisp oil, sesame oil, salt, garlic, and mix.
- Eat alongside your favorite immi ramen!
