Smashed Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ tbsp mirin
  • 2 tsp chili crisp oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt to taste1 tsp crushed garlic

Instructions

  1. Smash and slice 3 cucumbers, then place them into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add vinegar, mirin, chili crisp oil, sesame oil, salt, garlic, and mix.
  3. Eat alongside your favorite immi ramen!
