- 2 cups water
- Store-bought tteokbokki kit (includes sauce, rice cakes, fish cakes)
- 1 Black Garlic “Chicken” immi
- ¼ cup oat milk
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Handful shredded mozzarella (optional)
Instructions
- In a deep skillet, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the tteokbokki sauce and Black Garlic “Chicken” immi to the boiling water. Mix and let the mixture boil for 8 minutes.
- Next, add ¼ cup oat milk, rice cakes, fish cakes, sliced green onions, and top with shredded mozzarella. Cover, then let the tteokbokki boil for 3-4 more minutes.
- Top with more green onions and enjoy!
