- ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
- ⅛ cup finely chopped green beans
- ¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- ¼ cup finely chopped carrot
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1 Spicy “Beef” immi
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ cup gram flour
- ⅓ cup water
- Neutral oil for deep frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- In a deep skillet, heat enough oil for deep frying until the temperature reaches 350F.
- Add spoonfuls of batter into the oil, and cook until golden brown.
