- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 Spicy “Beef” immi
- 4 skeward hot dogs
- Vegetable oil
- Sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and water until well combined. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 30 min-1 hour.
- Crush 1 package of immi ramen noodles into small pieces. Pour into a shallow dish.
- Dip your hot dog on a stick in the risen dough mixture, then roll it in the crushed ramen.
- In a large pot filled with vegetable oil, heat the oil until it reaches 320-330 F.
- Deep fry the ramen corn dogs for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown all over.
- Optionally, mix a handful of sugar with the immi spice packet. Sprinkle this mixture over the cooked hot dogs. Drizzle ketchup and mustard and enjoy!
