Ramen Caprese Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 immi ramen packet
  • 1 heirloom tomato, cut into ½ inch slices
  • 1 mozzarella ball, cut into ½ inch slices
  • Toppings: balsamic glaze, olive oil, fresh basil leaves, salt and pepper


Instructions

  1. Slice tomato and mozzarella, then set aside.
  2. Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, add ramen noodles and top with alternating layers of tomato and mozzarella. Drizzle balsamic and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Top with basil leaves and enjoy!
