Ingredients

- 1 immi ramen packet
- 1 heirloom tomato, cut into ½ inch slices
- 1 mozzarella ball, cut into ½ inch slices
- Toppings: balsamic glaze, olive oil, fresh basil leaves, salt and pepper
Instructions
- Slice tomato and mozzarella, then set aside.
- Boil a pot of water and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
- In a bowl, add ramen noodles and top with alternating layers of tomato and mozzarella. Drizzle balsamic and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Top with basil leaves and enjoy!
