Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 immi ramen packet
  • Primal Kitchen Special Sauce and Mayo
  • 4 oz ground beef patty
  • Toppings: American cheese, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onion, etc.
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a baking sheet and spread out to allow them to dry slightly.
  2. Divide noodles in half. Take each half and place in a shallow bowl or 8oz deli container, coat well with vegetable oil and press down.
  3. Heat some vegetable oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add 1 pile of noodles to the pan and press down gently with a spatula to form a thin, even layer.
  4. Cook undisturbed until well browned on first side, about 3 minutes. Carefully flip and brown on the other side, about 3 minutes longer. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Repeat with the rest of the noodles.
  5. Season beef with salt and pepper. Add the burger patty and press down immediately with the spatula. Cook undisturbed until seared on first side, about 3 minutes. Flip the patty and top with cheese and continue to cook until desired doneness is achieved, about 2 minutes for medium rare.
  6. Assemble your burger: smear Primal Kitchen Mayo on one ramen bun, then top with the patty, lettuce, tomato, Primal Kitchen Special Sauce and caramelized onions. Enjoy!
