- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 6 tbsp maple syrup (or agave)
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup cooked boba
- ½ cup strongly brewed black tea
- ice
Instructions
- In a pot, mix the pumpkin, 3 tbsp maple syrup, and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice together over medium-low heat.
- Once the pumpkin mixture starts to brown, slowly mix in your almond milk. Stir until well-combined. Then take the mixture off the heat.
- In a separate bowl, mix your cooked boba with 3 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
- To serve, pour ¼ cup of boba in a cup filled with ice, followed by the black tea, and pumpkin spiced almond milk. Mix and enjoy with immi ramen!
