1 Black Garlic “Chicken” immi

3 slices of pork belly

Handful of marinated bamboo shoots

3 slices of fish cake

1 sheet of snacking seaweed

Green onion, thinly sliced

Hot garlic oil, optional
Instructions

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Season the pork belly with salt and pepper, and cook until brown on both sides. Set aside.

Add 1.5 cups of water to a small pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the spice packet and noodles, then lower the heat to medium low. Cook for 6 minutes. In the last 2 minutes of cook time, add the fish cakes.

Assemble your ramen and top with the fish cakes, marinated bamboo shoots, pork belly, seaweed, green onion and hot garlic oil. Enjoy!
