- ¼ cup fried tofu
- 1 garlic
- ½ cup shiitake mushroom
- ¼cup carrots
- chives
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp peanuts
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp sweet soy
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 packet of immi ramen
Instructions
- Chop ¼ cup of fried tofu, 1 garlic, ¼ cup shiitake mushrooms, chives and ½ cup of carrots.
- Grab 1 lime and cut it in half.
- Finely chop some peanuts.
- In a pan, fry the tofu, mushroom and carrots for two minutes. Set it aside.
- Next, put the garlic and cooked immi ramen and crack one egg into the pan.
- Combine the veggies and tofu in the pan and mix everything.
- Drizzle the tamarind paste, sweet soy sauce, and fish sauce into the pan.
- Give it a mix and transfer it to another plate.
- Squeeze the lime and add in the chopped peanuts.
