- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 oz. Chinese broccoli
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 fried tofu
- 1 shiitake mushroom
- 1 pack of immi ramen
- 1 tbsp of sweet soy
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 egg
- white pepper
Instructions
- Chopped 2 cloves of garlic and Chinese broccoli.
- On medium heat, put 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
- Add the garlic, Chinese broccoli, fried tofu and shiitake mushrooms.
- Mix the cooked immi noodles into the pan.
- Drizzle sweet soy and oyster sauce over the noodles.
- Crack and add one egg, stirring it into the noodles and vegetables to mix.
- Sprinkle with white pepper.
- Transfer to a plate and enjoy this amazing Thai food.
