Ingredients

- 4 firm tofu
- oil, for frying
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp agave
- 2 tbsp sake
- 4 tbsp miso
- 1 packet of immi in Spicy “Beef” Ramen
- bok choy
- green onions
Instructions
- Add firm tofu to a pan with some oil. Cooked until they looked golden.
- For the miso paste, mix 2 tbsp of mirin, 4 tbsp of agave, 2 tbsp of sake, and 4 tbsp of miso in a pot.
- Mix and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add the miso paste to the tofu and sear it side face down for 3 minutes to make it look glazed.
- Cooked the immi in Spicy “Beef” according to instructions.
- Place the bok choy and glazed tofu on the side.
- Pour immi’s broth and top it off with green onions.
